Wow! Great meet last night! For that pool being a slow pool, we still had some huge time improvements…and both boys and girls won! The boys won 52-36 and the girls won 51-42! Congratulations! I have attached the times spreadsheet for you, all in bold are best times. The official DQ’d a lot of people, and I have no idea why on many of them. If it says DQ for you on the spreadsheet, please don’t worry about it…he didn’t know what he was doing!

Our female swimmer of the meet is Olivia Weinstein! Olivia won the 200 IM and 500 free going just off her season best time in each event! Olivia also anchored the 400 A free relay, and held off St. Francis’s fastest girl for the win. Great job Olivia!
Our male swimmer of the meet is Jackson Sanders! Jackson won both of his individual events, 50 free and 100 back, and also anchored the 1st place medley relay! Jackson was .06 off his lifetime best in the 50 free and went his best 100 back time by 2 seconds! Great job Jackson!
Our biggest “loser” of the meet is Emma Barhoumi! Emma took 10 seconds off her 200 free time and also 2 seconds off her 100 breast time! She won the 100 breast also!
Other big “losers” are Nina Dagher (2 sec in 100 free), Darelle David (2 sec in 50 back), Elly Gasaway (2 sec in 100 free), Emma Johnson (9 sec in 200 free), Gerry Enriquez (4 sec in 100 breast), Austin Jackson (3 sec in 100 free), Jackson Sanders (2 sec in 100 back), Uveimar Sandoval (7 sec in 100 breast), and Joshua Stovall (2 sec in 200 IM). Great job!
Our Star Spartan of the meet is Morgan Plowman! Morgan came to the meet even though she wasn’t entered and she was sick. She cheered on her teammates and handled a bloody nose so the coaches could keep watching the meet. Great job Morgan!
